Take on the role of Accounts Payable Coordinator with Canada Life, focusing on corporate services that include employee reimbursements and vendor interactions. This full-time position emphasizes accuracy and compliance within financial operations.
Reporting to the Supervisor of Accounts Payable, you’ll manage reimbursement processes and training for the Accounts Payable team. Your expertise will facilitate timely payments and solidify relationships with vendors while enhancing internal support systems across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and approve expense submissions in Ariba, SAP, and Concur
• Conduct weekly EFT and cheque payments efficiently
• Safeguard sensitive information and prevent fraud
• Provide guidance in complex payment disputes
• Facilitate employee training and cross-department support
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (O365)
• Ariba (P2P), SAP, or Concur experience desired
• Analytical capabilities with a focus on detail
• Self-motivated and adept in a changing environment
