In this position, you will enhance client relationships through exceptional service while efficiently processing investment transactions. Your expertise in Fund Administration and previous financial experience will be essential as you handle inquiries and analyze requests from Advisors and Dealers. Key Responsibilities:
• Process financial and non-financial transactions accurately
• Address inquiries reliably from Advisors, Dealers, and Fund Managers
• Document and manage faxes and trade rejects efficiently
• Analyze complex client requests and determine best paths forward
• Maintain organized documentation and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a relevant field preferred
• At least two years of experience in Financial Services
• Knowledge of Fund Administration necessary
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Self-starting individual eager for new challenges
