This role involves a strong focus on relationship building as you will serve as the primary financial advisor to assigned portfolios. You'll lead budget processes, develop business cases, and ensure compliance with financial standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise business leaders on financial decisions and strategies
• Lead budget preparation and monitoring for diverse financial areas
• Prepare reports for budgeting and forecasting activities
• Mentor staff in financial management best practices
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulations
Requirements:
• 4-year degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• CPA designation or equivalent required
• 7 years’ experience in financial management roles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
