Join the Oliver Wyman team as a Consulting Actuary with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. This hybrid position allows you to drive analytical support and strategic insights for clients in Northeast US/Canada.
In this dynamic role, you will be essential in executing due diligence and utilizing your actuarial acumen to assess and advise on transactions. Your expertise will help guide clients in sectors including reinsurance and private equity, leveraging analytical skills and project management capabilities. Engaging with senior clients will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct due diligence for M&A initiatives
• Utilize stochastic models to evaluate risks
• Implement exploratory data analysis for insights
• Craft detailed executive presentations and reports
• Foster industry relationships through events and networking
Requirements:
• BA/BS in Actuarial Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years actuarial experience
• FCAS credential required for consideration
• Skilled in Python or R programming
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
