Accounts Receivable Advisor at Birchwood

Reporting to the Controller, the AP & AR Advisor oversees all aspects of accounts payable and receivable for Birchwood. You will engage with vendors, post transactions, and conduct weekly account reviews. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential to thrive in this team-oriented role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily deposits and account postings

• Reconcile clearing accounts and vendor statements

• Oversee internal cheque requests and vendor communications

• Ensure all financial records are accurate and timely

• Collaborate with the team to enhance existing processes

Requirements:

• Accounts payable and receivable experience valued

• Relevant post-secondary education in finance or accounting

• Strong time management and organizational abilities

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel

• Must possess a valid driver's license and transport
