Portage Mutual is seeking a Manager of Actuarial Pricing with at least 5 years of industry experience to execute pricing strategies.

Your role will involve leading daily actuarial operations, ensuring accurate rate indications, and supporting profitable decision-making. You will also mentor junior staff, promoting an environment focused on professional growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee rate making activities across assigned lines of business

• Develop and maintain pricing methodologies aligned with regulations

• Translate complex data into actionable insights

• Enhance predictive pricing models for internal use

• Provide leadership and guidance to actuarial analysts

Requirements:

• 5+ years of actuarial experience in pricing

• Proven record in data analytics and team leadership

• Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science or related field

• Proficient in MS Excel; programming knowledge an advantage

• At least four completed Actuarial Exams preferred
