Key Responsibilities- Process RRSP and RESP account withdrawals, transfers, and transactions
- Support daily operations with data entry and account updates
- Participate in team meetings to align on activities
- Facilitate internal team communications and data exchange
- Uphold confidentiality while managing customer data
- Detail‑oriented with experience in high transaction volumes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with RRSP and RESP accounts preferred
- Ability to adapt to process changes and current technologies
