Reporting to the Supervisor of Settlement Services, you'll play a vital role in processing daily cash transactions, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Fluency in both English and French is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Your background in the securities field and keen organizational skills will contribute significantly to the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process EFTs, bill payments, and generate cheques
• Reconcile pending cash accounts and resolve issues
• Input wire transfers and calculate client fees
• Adhere strictly to policy and industry SLAs
• Undertake other assigned functions as required
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or commerce preferred
• 1+ years experience in a securities environment
• Intermediate skills in MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and stress management abilities
• Proven customer service skills and teamwork
