Position: Senior Pricing Analyst at Sun Life

In this senior role, you will report to the Associate Director for Pricing and Profitability Management, managing case escalations and effectively communicating pricing decisions. Collaboration with Underwriting teams is essential as you assess intricate cases and adopt technology to enhance pricing processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee case escalations concerning quotes and renewals

• Document and communicate pricing decisions effectively

• Handle ad-hoc pricing requests related to Group Benefits

• Independently assess escalated cases' viability

• Assist with special projects and market segment reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in Group Benefits

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• Underwriting background is preferable

• Strong stakeholder management abilities

• Proficient in technology and AI-enabled tools
