What you’ll be doingAs a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast‑paced banking center and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day‑to‑day banking needs. As a Client Service Representative, you’ll answer questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with the right team members to support them in achieving their financial goals.
You will be flexible to work banking‑center hours, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to work at multiple centers within a reasonable travel distance. To deliver a great client experience, you must be on‑site full‑time.
- Client engagement: Help clients manage their accounts and products, focus on the client experience, and make interactions meaningful.
- Problem solving: Listen, ask questions, and adopt the client’s perspective; take ownership of client issues and collaborate for better solutions.
- Leveraging technology: Become a technology expert by introducing clients to mobile banking and helping them manage their banking needs.
