Your proactive outreach will connect with employers, plan members, and retirees to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process pension transactions per established service standards
• Conduct research and provide analyses on pension cases
• Ensure accuracy of documentation related to pensions
• Respond to inquiries from employers and plan members
• Support system updates and identify process improvements
Requirements:
• College or university credential with 3 years in pension administration
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage client services
• Benefits designation such as CEBS or RPA is a plus
• Sensitivity in communication with stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize urgent work effectively
