Lead Canada's Alternatives Distribution for BMO Private Wealth with a pivotal role as Head of Alternatives. Drive innovative investment solutions and showcase alternative offerings to high-net-worth clients.

This senior position at BMO focuses on enhancing Private Wealth Canada’s alternatives distribution. You will work closely with Nesbitt Burns Investment Advisors and BPIC Investment Counselors, providing expert advice and strategic thinking on alternative investments. Joining the NAIMR team, you will manage intricate relationships and promote responsible adoption of products across the Canadian platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a competitive shelf of alternatives solutions

• Serve as a subject matter expert on alternative offerings

• Support high-net-worth client business development initiatives

• Facilitate feedback between NAIMR and Wealth Market Leaders

• Influence the alternative investment platform strategy and execution

Requirements:

• 15+ years in the investment industry with alternatives focus

• Undergraduate/graduate degree in Business or Finance

• MBA, CFA, or CAIA designation preferred

• Demonstrated senior leadership and management skills

• Strong understanding of private markets and fund structures
