Private Equity Fund Accountant

Reporting directly to the Director of Fund Operations, you will play a pivotal role in fund accounting and support key operational processes for private equity funds. This position involves preparing financial statements, managing transactions, and completing compliance deliverables. You will collaborate with various internal groups and external partners, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders.

• Prepare quarterly and annual accounts for internal entities
• Review corporate processes during quarter-end and year-end
• Execute management fee calculations and accruals
• Liaise with auditors and support Fund Managers
• Oversee compliance reporting and performance calculations

• CPA preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Canadian GAAP
• Familiarity with financial instruments and fund structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  Investran experience preferred
• Solid attention to detail and excellent communication skills
