We are seeking a dedicated Project Accountant with at least two years of relevant experience to join our finance team. This role focuses on overseeing project setups in ERP systems, preparing client invoices, and monitoring financial performance across active projects. Collaborating closely with project managers and operational teams is essential for achieving financial goals and enhancing process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and financial administration for projects

• Prepare and review invoices per project requirements

• Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability metrics

• Track project setups in the ERP/project management system

• Support accounts receivable processes and collections

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of project accounting experience

• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar ERP

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
