North America Financial Planning Manager

Lead financial planning and analysis for North America as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. This role focuses on reporting, forecasting, and providing performance insights for strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A, you will deliver comprehensive management reporting and performance insights. In this key role, oversee monthly flash reporting, manage budgeting, and ensure outputs are prepared for CEO and CFO review. You will collaborate closely with leadership to provide analytical support on financial performance, directly impacting critical decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Monthly Flash and M  reporting for North America

• Lead monthly forecasting and variance analysis cycles

• Ensure outputs are executive-ready and actionable

• Manage North America's budget and multi-year planning

• Provide insights for strategic commercial decisions

Requirements:

• Proven FP&A leadership experience

• Strong analytical skills with detail orientation

• Experienced in budgeting and forecasting processes

• Ability to develop and coach FP&A teams

• Familiarity with planning systems like Anaplan
