• Drive North America Monthly Flash and M  governance

• Oversee monthly forecasting with variance analysis

• Lead budgeting and multi-year planning processes

• Generate insights to enhance financial performance

• Coach and mentor the FP&A team effectively

Requirements:

• Extensive FP&A experience in finance leadership

• Proficient in analytical and forecasting tools

• Strong communication of financial insights

• Experience with financial systems and reporting

• Knowledge of treasury and cashflow processes
