Key Responsibilities- Lead the M&A Tax team on various projects
- Conduct due diligence and pre-transaction audits
- Advise on tax optimization for strategic transactions
- Support deal execution, financial modeling, and tax analysis
- Collaborate with clients in Canada and USA
- CPA designation is mandatory
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Bilingual communication proficiency
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting
