Position: Financial Planning Associate Vice-President Role
Join Wellington-Altus as an Associate Vice-President in Financial Planning & Analysis, driving strategic financial oversight in Winnipeg. Shape the budget cycle and collaborate for business success.

As the AVP, FP&A, you will take the lead in the comprehensive annual budgeting process, reporting directly to the Senior Vice-President, Finance & Capital Markets. This strategic role involves developing financial models, overseeing budgeting systems, and ensuring organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with senior leadership to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate annual Business Planning across units

• Develop regular monthly financial forecasting

• Analyze and report on financial and operational outcomes

• Maintain dashboards and KPIs to track performance

• Support in implementing cost-saving recommendations

Requirements:

• Degree in finance or related discipline

• 5+ years in financial services or relevant experience

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) certification

• High proficiency in Excel and financial systems

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
