Position: RBC Banking Advisor Role
Location: Portage la Prairie

Maximize client interactions as a Banking Advisor with RBC, leveraging your problem-solving skills and client-focused advice expertise. Expand client relationships and provide guidance across everyday banking, credit, and investment needs.

As an RBC ambassador, you will proactively engage clients, educating them on digital banking, onboarding new clients, and addressing banking inquiries. This Banking Advisor position values your ability to build relationships and drive sales through exceptional client service. You will work together with RBC partners to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage proactively with clients in branch and community

• Teach and demonstrate digital banking solutions

• Assist clients with a variety of financial transactions

• Resolve client banking issues effectively

Requirements:

• Mutual Funds accreditation or similar qualification

• Passionate about client service and goal-oriented

• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills

• Flexible and eager to learn across various devices

• Proven track record in client relationship management
