This full-time role within CIBC's Personal and Small Business Banking team allows you to engage clients virtually and on-site when needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients and provide meaningful mortgage advice

• Develop a tailored sales plan for local market

• Build relationships with external realtors and businesses

• Collaborate with Banking Centre teams for client support

• Conduct business development to convert leads into clients

• Experience in banking and mortgage sectors
