Position: Dynamic Project Accountant Role
Join our finance team as a motivated Project Accountant in a project-based environment. This role focuses on the financial administration of projects, ensuring accuracy in billing and revenue tracking.

We seek a detail-oriented accounting professional to oversee the financial management of multiple active projects. You will prepare client invoices, monitor budgets, and analyze project performance while collaborating with various project teams. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced settings with multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting and financial tasks for assigned projects

• Prepare client invoices based on project requirements

• Assess project budgets and profitability thoroughly

• Maintain project setups within the ERP system

• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting through transaction reviews

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• At least 2 years of project accounting experience

• Background in professional services or engineering preferred

• Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint is advantageous

• Pursuing CPA designation is a benefit
