This role emphasizes mentoring junior team members and conducting comprehensive reviews of tax documents. You will assist in identifying tax issues and staying abreast of changes in compliance standards to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide honest performance feedback as a Performance Advisor

• Train and develop junior staff members

• Conduct detailed analyses of tax documents

• Assist with business development and tax issue identification

• Stay current with changes in tax legislation and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline

• CPA qualification and 8+ years of experience

• Knowledge of corporate taxation and compliance

• Solid technical and analytical skills in tax matters

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
