Controller - Finance at Stelumar

In this role, you will manage all aspects of accounting to ensure compliance and the implementation of efficient financial systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close activities and margin reporting

• Supervise day-to-day accounting across business units

• Drive ERP system optimization and implementation

• Provide guidance on technical accounting issues

• Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting plus CPA

• 8+ years of finance experience and 2+ years in team leadership

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting processes

• Proficiency with ERP systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
