Join J.P. Morgan as a Private Equity Fund Administration Associate to refine your skills in financial reporting and fund management. This role is crucial for managing client expectations effectively.
As part of J.P. Morgan's Finance & Business Management team, you will maintain accurate financial records for multiple Private Equity funds. This position emphasizes strong collaboration, ensuring that financial statements adhere to reporting frameworks and internal controls. Your analytical abilities will help deliver timely investor communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize records for Private Equity funds
• Prepare and review financial reports and Net Asset Valuations
• Accurately calculate capital calls and fund distributions
• Oversee quarterly reporting and manage investor notices
• Comply with financial policies and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Over 3 years’ experience in a Big 4 accounting role
• Proficient knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds
• Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail
• Competence in Microsoft Excel and Office suite
