By working closely with various finance teams, you will facilitate significant business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide complex transaction structuring and evaluation

• Ensure compliance with global accounting standards

• Contribute to SEC filings, including 10-K and 10-Q

• Analyze emerging issues affecting financial reporting

• Support SOX compliance in technical accounting areas

Requirements:

• 8+ years of technical accounting experience

• CPA is required; other certifications beneficial

• Proven expertise in judgmental accounting research

• Strong analytical and communication skills
