Join IMCO as a Senior Tax Associate and engage with compliance on Canadian and U.S. tax matters. This hybrid role demands precision in preparing various tax returns and filings.

In this senior position, you will oversee Canadian income tax returns, conduct GST/HST reconciliations, and support U.S. tax compliance efforts. You will play a crucial role in managing regulatory requests, collecting foreign tax information, and staying updated on tax legislation changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prepare Canadian income tax returns

• Analyze and review monthly GST/HST filings

• Support compliance with U.S. tax obligations

• Coordinate KYC tax-related inquiries effectively

• Facilitate communications with tax authorities

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA designation (pursuing or obtained)

• At least 3 years' relevant tax experience

• Strong understanding of income tax law

• Experience in U.S. and indirect tax is a plus
