As a vital member of the Finance team, you will report to the Finance Manager and handle financial data analysis to ensure compliance with government funding regulations.

Your role will encompass 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience, where analytical skills and CPA certification play crucial roles. You will participate in the budget process and address balance sheet variances with clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee period-end activities like accruals and prepaids

• Conduct thorough variance analysis against forecasts

• Provide insights on balance sheet reconciliations

• Engage with Operations to reduce costs

• Manage timely government reporting submissions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or Accounting

• 3-5 years in finance or accounting roles

• CPA certification mandatory

• Proficient in Excel and financial analyses

• Experience with large-scale reporting systems, knowledge of Workday preferred
