This role is ideal for self-starters who enjoy engaging with customers. You will manage daily transactions, assist clients with their inquiries, and support staff in resolving critical issues. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• High School diploma and over 1 year of relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) mandated within 6 months
• Familiarity with MS Office, branch software, and internet tools
• Knowledge of banking operations and client solutions
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement
