Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct complex financial analyses using Microsoft Excel
• Perform market and land use research
• Assist in developing appraisal reports and client presentations
• Negotiate effectively with market participants
• Participate in business development to strengthen client relations
Requirements:
• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• 0-2 years of experience in valuation or consulting
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A valid G-level Canadian driver's license is mandatory
