As an Associate, you will support clients through mergers and acquisitions while analyzing key value drivers and risks. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed confidential memorandums and engaging stakeholders effectively in the M&A process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze divestiture and M&A opportunities' rationale

• Prepare confidential information memorandums for clients

• Engage with stakeholders throughout the M&A process

• Develop project plans and coordinate with clients

• Conduct detailed financial and risk analyses

Requirements:

• CPA designation completed or in progress

• 2-4 years of relevant experience

• M&A experience is an asset but not required

• Strong technical accounting skills

• Proven ability to analyze financial statements
