Position: Life’s Journey Financial Coordinator Vacancy
Life’s Journey Inc. is seeking a Full Time Financial Coordinator to manage and streamline financial records and processes. Bring your accounting skills to support effective financial operations.

This key role within the Finance Department involves overseeing financial systems and ensuring compliance with accounting practices in a non-profit environment. You will be integral in financial reporting and working closely with auditors while providing support within the organization. A Post-Secondary Degree in accounting or relevant experience is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee administration of all financial systems and workflows

• Conduct month-end and year-end financial close procedures

• Prepare detailed financial reports on various activities

• Support budget planning and preparation

• Collaborate with external auditors during audits

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Degree in accounting; CPA an asset

• At least three years in a similar role

• Proficiency in financial software and reporting

• Strong communication abilities and analytical skills

• Excellent attention to detail under deadlines
