Position: Finance Controller for Manufacturing
Lead the financial operations of a major manufacturing facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba, as the Controller. This vital role demands strong manufacturing finance expertise and a hands-on approach to drive operational success.

As the Controller, you will oversee the finance and accounting activities, ensuring precise financial reporting, budgeting, and costing analyses. This position requires at least 5 years of manufacturing or plant finance experience, enabling you to partner with operational leadership efficiently and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting activities

• Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis

• Prepare monthly financial and management reporting packages

• Analyze production costs and operational efficiencies

• Develop budgets and forecasts for the facility

Requirements:

• CPA designation from Canada mandatory

• Minimum of 5 years in accounting and finance

• Experience in manufacturing finance preferred

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Excel

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
