Our client, a rapidly expanding SaaS company earning $5–10M annually, seeks an experienced Controller to manage comprehensive finance and accounting operations. Your expertise in SaaS revenue recognition and financial analytics will be key as you prepare statements, assess financial data, and guide a small finance team on best practices. This position thrives on your innovative mindset and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounting operations including AR and FP&A
• Prepare financial statements and manage month-end closes
• Maintain audit readiness and internal controls
• Analyze SaaS metrics for strategic insights
• Mentor and lead a small finance team
Requirements:
• Current SaaS experience with CPA or in pursuit
• 7+ years of finance/accounting expertise
• Proven process improvement and communication skills
• Hands-on leader comfortable in scaling environments
• Experience in high-growth SaaS companies desired
