Reporting to the Associate Director for Pricing and Profitability Management, you will manage escalated cases and guarantee clear communication of pricing strategies. Collaboration with Underwriting teams is crucial for assessing complex cases while technology aids in optimizing pricing operations and ensuring guideline adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee case escalations concerning quotes and renewals
• Document and communicate pricing decisions effectively
• Handle ad-hoc pricing requests related to Group Benefits
• Independently assess escalated cases' viability
• Assist with special projects and market segment reviews
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in Group Benefits
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Underwriting background is preferable
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in technology and AI-enabled tools
