This integral position reports to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, where you will engage in the development of a comprehensive multi-year capital plan.
Your role will involve collaborating with project teams to add financial rigor to business cases. You will leverage your skills in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to provide insights that drive sound investment decisions and promote organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the ongoing capital plan management
• Aid in the development of business case financial analysis
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and ROI analyses
• Ensure accurate tracking of budgets and performance metrics
• Act as a financial consultant to various project teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CPA designation is a strong preference
• At least 4 years of finance experience in FP&A
• Experience with ERP systems like Adaptive or Oracle
• Exceptional Excel proficiency for financial modeling
