Risk and Control Manager at CGL

Lead operational risk management efforts with CGL as a Risk and Control Manager. This hybrid role focuses on assessing risk and enhancing control effectiveness across various business areas.

CGL is seeking a Risk and Control Manager for a temporary full-time position. In this role, you will leverage your five years of experience to monitor and improve operational controls within Enterprise Risk Management. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will actively assess risks and recommend process improvements to ensure compliance and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with business partners to evaluate risks and inform controls

• Develop risk and control assessments and action plans

• Create and maintain effective business processes and data flows

• Test and document the effectiveness of risk controls

• Provide holistic risk reporting for informed decision-making

Requirements:

• Five years in Auditing, Risk Management, or Project Management

• Degree in Finance, Business, or Risk Management

• CPA or CIA designation preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Proficient in English for documentation and reporting
