Health Senior Financial Analyst

Position: TELUS Health Senior Financial Analyst Role
Drive financial strategy and operational efficiency with TELUS Health as a Senior Financial Analyst. Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance financial performance in health care.

In this key position, your responsibilities will span budgeting, forecasting, and in-depth financial analysis. You’ll engage cross-functionally to address complex business challenges and recommend innovative solutions that enhance operational goals across TELUS Health Care Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct constant reviews of operational efficiencies and profitability

• Compile monthly financial results, supporting month-end processes

• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting with stakeholder insights

• Enhance operations through automation and AI tools

• Create ad-hoc reports and business cases for decision-makers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics

• CPA and/or CFA designation or near completion required

• Minimum 3 years supporting finance in a large organization

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Effective communication and organizational capabilities
