Key Responsibilities:

• Manage processes for law society compliance and trust accounting

• Prepare comprehensive annual filings and financial statements

• Liaise with law societies to support audits and reporting

• Oversee trust account compliance and fund management

• Lead budgeting and financial forecasting initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required

• Minimum 3 years of financial experience in law firms

• Knowledge of trust accounting regulations necessary

• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools

• CPA designation is a plus
