Financial Planning Associate VP

Drive financial success at Wellington-Altus as the Associate Vice-President of Financial Planning & Analysis in Winnipeg. Lead budgeting processes and enhance strategic financial insight for the company.

This critical role reports to the Senior Vice-President of Finance & Capital Markets. The AVP will oversee annual business planning, monthly forecasting, and communication of performance results to senior management. You will work across business units to develop financial models, track KPIs, and recommend productivity improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual Business Planning and Budget cycle

• Develop and oversee monthly forecasting systems

• Build and maintain business planning models

• Analyze financial and operational results

• Communicate performance insights to management

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in finance or related field

• CPA designation is required

• 5+ years’ experience in financial services

• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools

• Strong analytical and communication skills
