Key Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure accuracy of fund accounting deliverables

• Act as the primary liaison for client relationships

• Prepare reconciliations, capital activities, and investor allocations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA designation (in progress or completed) is a plus

• At least 5 years of fund administration or real estate accounting experience

• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP principles

• Experience with financial statements and general ledger maintenance
