FGF Brands is seeking a motivated financial analyst to work closely with operations data. The position prioritizes daily financial reporting and variance analysis while involving both customer and freight reporting through FP&A. Your insight will influence productivity improvements and support management recommendations across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build reports, business models, and dashboards from operational data

• Conduct daily operations variance analysis and identify key productivity drivers

• Ensure the integrity of shift data and recommend process improvements

• Create partnerships with stakeholders to manage competing priorities

• Analyze non-operational spending and manage inventory reconciliations

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, or in progress toward certification

• 0-2 years of financial reporting experience in manufacturing

• Strong analytical and financial acumen with Excel skills

• Experience in SAP, VBA, and MS Power BI is a plus

• Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
