The opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Transformation Enablement, the Analyst, Investment Practice Management and Support, supports the execution and delivery of advisor-facing investment programs, platform initiatives, and operational enablement activities across the Managed Investments portfolio.
This role contributes to the everyday operational success of the investment management platform (Envestnet), as well as supports the implementation of investment programs and platform enhancements. The Analyst works closely with internal stakeholders across the Managed Investment department and advisor-facing teams to ensure initiatives are operationally ready, clearly documented, and supported with consistent enablement materials.

The ideal candidate will possess:
3-5 years in an analyst, operations, business analysis, or enablement role.
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, programs, or platform-related work.
Exposure to financial services or wealth management preferred.
Demonstrated high level of accountability, reliability, adaptability, and innovation in accomplishing day-to-day work and long-term goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a structured manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation.
Exemplary interpersonal and influencing skills; an ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively, across multiple mediums (in-person, over the phone, and virtually).
