You will provide essential financial oversight and leadership to the Personal Lines division, ensuring accurate financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis. Your objective will be to influence financial strategies by collaborating with management and identifying performance gaps, opportunities, and risks. In this role, you will also design financial processes and controls to enhance business insights and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Personal Lines leadership to provide financial guidance
• Manage financial planning processes including budgeting
• Create comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership
• Collaborate on strategic financial objectives with stakeholders
• Monitor and address performance against financial targets
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related area
• 5-7 years of experience in finance or related sectors
• CPA, CFA, or similar designation preferred
• Proficiency in financial forecasting and management reporting
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
