Position: KIM Finance Director Role
Join Keewatinohk Inniniw Minoayawin Inc. (KIM) as the Finance Director, guiding financial operations in Winnipeg, MB. This role engages in budgeting, reporting, and provides oversight of financial controls and policies.

As the Finance Director, you’ll work closely with senior management to lead financial functions crucial for establishing KIM’s public health infrastructure. Your expertise in financial management will drive effective budgeting and accounting practices, and you'll mentor a team while ensuring compliance with legislative and funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day financial operations and accounting

• Prepare accurate monthly and annual statements

• Monitor cash flow and facilitate audits

• Develop financial policies and improve internal controls

• Advise senior leadership on budget and financial matters

Requirements:

• Recognized accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA)

• Significant experience in senior finance positions

• Proficiency in ERP systems

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Familiar with First Nations program funding
