You will report directly to the CEO, providing crucial financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing financial statements, treasury management, and the coordination of audits, all aimed at optimizing financial performance. Engage with industry partners while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting and manage audits

• Advise on strategic financial decisions and risks

• Coordinate annual budgets and cash flow optimization

• Develop funding strategies and manage complex funding models

• Foster relationships with industry partners and government entities

Requirements:

• CPA designation and 10+ years of finance experience

• Strong strategic planning and risk management skills

• Proven ability to lead finance teams effectively

• Experience in agri-food sectors preferred

• Willingness to travel as necessary
