In this Collections Agent position, we seek individuals with at least 2 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Collections.

Your role will center on responsibly managing confidential customer files and facilitating smooth payment arrangements. You will work collaboratively to resolve disputes while exercising the discretion required in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with care

• Complete payment arrangements accurately

• Resolve disputes and negotiate favorable outcomes

• Maintain confidentiality in customer interactions

• Assess next steps, managing file acceleration decisions

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' relevant experience in Client Services

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

• Proficient in MS Office with an ability to learn quickly

• Working knowledge of compliance laws in Collections is advantageous

• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred
