Lead and support Financial Advisors at Raymond James in Winnipeg as a Branch Manager. Ensure high-quality service delivery while managing operational activities and compliance standards in a dynamic branch environment.

The Branch Manager's key focus is coaching Advisors and facilitating their practice management while overseeing overall branch operations. In this role, you will implement company policies, review financial reports, and maintain compliance compliance while building community relationships. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, paired with a solid understanding of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop Advisors continuously

• Define performance standards for Advisors and Assistants

• Prepare branch budgets and review financial reports

• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations

• Recruit and build community relationships

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education required

• 10+ years in Financial Services; 5+ as Investment Advisor

• Previous supervisory or management experience

• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification

• Proficiency in English and French communication
