Account Receivables Administrator

Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, the Account Receivables Administrator will be part of the Western Canadian Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for communicating with our finance companies and internal staff to analyze contract information, solve problems and ensure timely posting of contracts to client’s account receivables. In addition, the Administrator also works closely with our branches in processing bad debt files for collection, as well as solving or escalating any other concerns they have with receivables.

day in the life
  • Take ownership of our regional finance contracts, reconcile them against the client accounts, identify any discrepancies and communicate them to our internal staff for corrections.
  • Ensure our credit procedures are always adhered to and protect the company’s interest.
  • Review shared mailboxes to ensure contracts are processed daily and deadlines are met.
  • Manage and maintain the finance company spreadsheet data.
  • Be a key point of contact for our branches and our finance companies.
  • Assist with reporting aged account receivable to internal staff monthly.
  • Manage collection files and liaison with our third‑party collection agency for submissions and recoveries, as well as statement reconciliation.
  • Assist the Credit Team with other duties or projects as assigned.

Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $39,000.00 to $44,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
