In this position, you'll support the Team Lead, Business Banking, in executing market strategies while managing the sales operations for Business Advisors. Your key responsibility includes ensuring compliance with Scotiabank’s policies and providing credit support with complex deals. You'll also coach and enhance the skills of your team to achieve business objectives while driving a client-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide Business Advisors to enhance sales performance

• Manage daily operations of the sales team

• Provide credit support on complex financial deals

• Coach and develop Advisor talent effectively

• Conduct performance reviews and guide career development

Requirements:

• Moody’s Certificate in Business Banking

• Proven sales management and leadership experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Sales Builder systems

• Strong understanding of BB credit risk policies
