Loss Prevention Agent at SCU

Ensure SCU’s Risk Tolerances while monitoring daily delinquencies as a Loss Prevention Agent. Drive member satisfaction through accurate record management and interdepartmental collaboration.

In this critical role, you will uphold SCU’s essential risk management processes while monitoring consumer accounts for compliance. With a focus on credit deferrals, you'll collaborate with various departments, respond to inquiries, and maintain precise records in the banking system. Your efforts will directly support both member experience and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts through system-generated reports daily

• Facilitate interdepartmental requests while ensuring compliance

• Process transactions and apply restrictions/holds accurately

• Assist in preparing departmental reports for record-keeping

• Respond to inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Diploma and 1-3 years related experience

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements is a plus

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in relevant software tools

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
